This will aid in reducing reactivity in your life, and address those negative and limiting thoughts and beliefs that are keeping you stuck or holding you back, and help align you better with living your best life.
We can utilize these techniques to address those things that you are consciously aware of that continuously trigger you, those things that may be keeping you stuck in negative patterns, and all those old conflicts, memories and traumas.
